Message	I used to be a honda guy and partially still am. The B18c5 has 197hp 141tq, and with the mods listed (hoping he has ITB or some sort of intake upgrade you forgot to mention) and race gas, he should have no less than 200fwhp 160fwtq compared to your AT BEST 205rwhp 175rwtq.
